viral indetectable no transmiten el virus,\u00a0un principio conocido como Indetectable = Intransmisible (I=I), que ha sido un avance fundamental en salud p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Respecto al acceso a Dolutegravir, la asociaci\u00f3n explic\u00f3 que\u00a0su uso como terapia de primera l\u00ednea en Colombia ya estaba garantizado antes de la actual reforma a la salud. Aunque su costo fue alto en el pasado, estrategias de adquisici\u00f3n han asegurado su disponibilidad sin que el precio sea un obst\u00e1culo. Tambi\u00e9n aclararon que las EPS no negaban sistem\u00e1ticamente el medicamento, ya que estaba cubierto por el sistema de salud, aunque reconocieron que pod\u00edan existir demoras en la entrega por barreras administrativas.<\/p>\n<p>Finalmente,\u00a0hicieron un llamado a evitar el uso de t\u00e9rminos estigmatizantes como &#8220;contaminar&#8221;\u00a0al referirse a la transmisi\u00f3n del VIH, ya que esto refuerza la discriminaci\u00f3n contra las personas que viven con el virus.
